Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in laryngeal squamous carcinoma cell line TU177 in response to overexpressed miR-145-5p. Differentially expressed protein-coding genes in the human laryngeal squamous carcinoma cells TU177 overexpressing miR-145-5p were identified by microarray analysis. The human laryngeal squamous carcinoma cells TU177 were transfected with Hsa-miR-145-5p mimic and negative control oligo at a final concentration of 50 nM by using lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions, respectively. Three repeats were prepared for each panel. Total RNA was extracted after 48 h transfection, and six chip were used to analyze the gene expression changes.
