Investments value in commercial and industrial real estates in CEE 2017-2023

The value of commercial and industrial real estate investments in the CEE region amounted to over five billion euros in 2023, decreasing by 51 percent compared to the previous year. The year 2019 noted the record investment value at 13.8 billion euros.
