MD trajectories of the nucleosome core particle containing an individual nick in a solvent exposed orientation at SHL0, SHL−2, SHL−4, and SHL−6 and control sequence with undamaged DNA. All the topology files are given in amber format. Trajectory files for: the three replicas of 1 microsecond each for each system. Files are called accordingly to the nick position, ND_NCP corresponds to the undamaged nucleosome. 1 frame = 1 ns, water and ions were removed.
