资源简介:
This dataset contains behavioural and imaging data from two-photon Ca2+ imaging and LFP neurophysiological recordings related to mechanisms of learning and memory consolidation. Neural activity of 13 adult PV-Cre male mice was recorded across training for 10 sessions (days) from naive to expert performance. Each session consisted of baseline, training and post-training rest recordings. In addition, 8 mice were only used for behaviour. Two groups of mice were used, expressing either DIO-hM4Di-mCherry or inert Flex-mRuby3 bilaterally in visPOR by local virus injections. Each session consisted of 6 single runs. The mice were injected with 5 mg/kg Clozapine-N-Oxide (CNO) between the end of run 3 and the beginning of run 9. In between these runs the animals could consume a high-calorie milkshake ad-libitum for 30 minutes. In mice used in imaging and LFP, CNO injections were done in the odd sessions for each mouse. On even days, saline was injected. In mice only used for behaviour the odd/even CNO injections were randomized between individuals. LFP was only recorded in runs 9 and 10. Data of all 6 daily runs are included in this dataset, including the behavior recordings from imaging mice. These recordings can be used to further analyse the contribution of parvalbumin-expressing interneurons in learning and during spontaneous cortical activity before and after training.
