Zoning Cases

This dataset represents zoning cases including: conventional rezones, planned developments, special exceptions, and variances. The data includes, attributes for: the case number, case name, status, approval date (if applicable), the resolution (if applicable), a description of the zoning action, bonus density units, and a link to the case file in KwikTag. The data contains zoning cases for some incorporated jurisdictions within the County from prior to incorporation.本数据集涵盖各类区划案件，包括常规分区重划、规划开发专案、特殊例外许可及区划豁免。数据集包含以下案件属性字段：案件编号、案件名称、案件状态、批准日期（如适用）、处理结果（如适用）、区划行动描述、奖励容积率单元，以及指向KwikTag系统内案件档案的链接。本数据集收录了本县范围内部分已建制管辖区在其正式建制前的区划案件。
