This table shows 11 significant gene-gene interaction models discovered in the Marshfield PMRP cohort (M Pixnmodixnmod1 and β2) and the interaction term (β3) are shown for both the Marshfield cohort (prefixed by “M”), and the Vanderbilt cohort (prefixed by “V”). Also shown are the interaction term p-values (Pixn), ANOVA model fit p-values (Pmod), and overall R2 statistics for both the Marshfield and Vanderbilt cohorts (prefixed by “M” and “V” respectively).
