B cell receptor sequencing

The major goals of this study are (a) to dissect how self-reactive B lymphocytes are controlled, (b) to determine when during B lymphocyte differentiation and activation programmed cell death occurs and why, and (c) to examine the relevance of these immunoregulatory mechanisms to human diseases.
