IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Solander Trip 6550 From 01 Sep 2016 To 14 Sep 2016

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Solander Trip 6550.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 6550 from 01 Sep 2016 through to 14 Sep 2016, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 6550 from 01 Sep 2016 through to 14 Sep 2016, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 6550 from 01 Sep 2016 through to 14 Sep 2016, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 6550 from 01 Sep 2016 through to 14 Sep 2016, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

“机会船舶观测计划（Ships of Opportunity, SOOP）”是澳大利亚“综合海洋观测系统（Integrated Marine Observing System, IMOS）”项目的下设设施。本数据集由SOOP下属子设施“热带研究船搭载传感器系统”，在索兰德号研究船（RV Solander）第6550次科考航次中采集得到。

本次航次于2016年9月1日至9月14日期间，在1.9米水深处部署了海水取水口温度测量仪器，安装位置位于索兰德号研究船之上。所使用的传感器为海鸟电子公司（Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc.）生产的SBE 38型远程温度传感器（SBE 38 remote temperature sensor）。

本次航次同期在1.9米水深处部署了盐度测量仪器，安装位置位于索兰德号研究船之上。所使用的传感器为海鸟电子公司（Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc.）生产的SBE 21型电导率传感单元（SBE 21 conductivity cell）。

本次航次同期在1.9米水深处部署了浊度测量仪器，安装位置位于索兰德号研究船之上。所使用的传感器为Wetlabs公司（Wetlabs）生产的FLNTU-RT型光学传感器（FLNTU-RT Optical sensor，可同时测量浊度与荧光值）。

本次航次同期在1.9米水深处部署了荧光测量仪器，安装位置位于索兰德号研究船之上，所使用的传感器与前述浊度测量仪器同款，为Wetlabs公司（Wetlabs）生产的FLNTU-RT型光学传感器（FLNTU-RT Optical sensor，可同时测量浊度与荧光值）。
