These are supporting data for a Master of Philosophy thesis titled "Nidogen-1 modulates type 2 conventional dendritic cell infiltration and builds an immunosuppressive microenvironment in hepatocellular carcinoma". This repository contains raw data and a processed data file for analysis. This study investigated the role of nidogen-1 in regulating the tumor immune microenvironment in hepatocellular carcinoma. The association between tumor nidogen-1 expression, type 2 conventional dendritic cell infiltration, and tumor development has been unveiled in this study, highlighting the significance of the tolerogenic roles of nidogen-1 and the infiltrated type 2 conventional dendritic cells, which together promote tumor development. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for further investigations into the specific mechanisms underlying the interaction between nidogen-1 and conventional dendritic cells in hepatocellular carcinoma and ultimately contribute to the development of novel immunotherapeutic approaches.
