On Track - Individual Year 12 Student Completers 2013

The On Track Survey is conducted in April-May and involves a short telephonesurvey of school leavers who attended school in the previous year and whoagreed to participate in the survey. The On Track survey seeks to:Offer a consistent and comprehensive approach to monitoring the transistionsof school leavers;Report the information to schools, TAFE institutions and other educationproviders, organisations concerned with assisting young people, policy makers,parents and students; Provide detailed analyses of the transistions experienced by different groupsof leavers; Enable education providers to use the findings to monitor and improve theirprograms; and Provide a referral service for school leavers who appear to be experiencingdifficulties in the transistion process.  Results for individual schools areusually published in June of the survey year.

《追踪调查》（On Track Survey）于每年4月至5月开展，针对上一学年毕业且同意参与调研的离校生（school leavers）开展简短电话调研。本调查旨在达成以下目标：
1. 采用统一且全面的方法，对离校生的过渡经历开展监测；
2. 向学校、TAFE（Technical and Further Education）机构及其他教育提供者、助力青年群体的相关组织、政策制定者、家长与学生反馈调研成果；
3. 对不同群体离校生的过渡经历开展精细化分析；
4. 助力教育机构依托调研结果监测并优化自身办学项目；
5. 为在过渡过程中遭遇困境的离校生提供转介服务。
各学校的调研结果通常会在调查当年的6月对外发布。
