Ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry characterization of dissolved organic matter from glacial systems in Greenland and Svalbard

This dataset presents dissolved organic matter (DOM) compositions of glacially fed rivers in Svalbard and Greenland. Dissolved organic carbon concentrations and compositional metrics were derived from Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry to evaluate differences in DOM composition between the two regions as well as between the glacially fed rivers and samples taken from the supraglacial environment.本数据集呈现了斯瓦尔巴群岛与格陵兰岛境内冰川补给河流的溶解态有机物（dissolved organic matter, DOM）组成特征。研究通过傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱（Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry）获取了溶解有机碳浓度与组成指标，用以评估两个区域之间，以及冰川补给河流与冰面环境采集样本之间的DOM组成差异。
