C57BL6/J mice were fed diets supplemented with 0.2% cellulose, 10% inulin or 10% psyllium. Mice were injected into the rectal submucosa with AKPT organoid fragment suspension. Tumour presence was confirmed by colonoscopy at day 7 and tumours were irradiated at 5Gy x 3 every 2 days. 16S rRNA gene sequencing was used for gut microbiota analysis.
