Supporting Dataset for: Doctrinal and Comparative Regulatory Analysis of Blockchain-Based Donor Data Governance

This dataset supports the analysis presented in the paper Doctrinal and Comparative Regulatory Analysis of Blockchain-Based Donor Data Governance. It includes the master source table (n=57), regulatory matrix, coding rubric, simulated inter-coder reliability sheet, and a sample Python script for computing Cohen’s κ. The file is designed to enable replication of the source selection and assessment protocol described in section 4.2 and Appendix A of the manuscript.
