Datasets for the Raman spectra, UV-Vis, XPS, and PCR for 'In-situ growth of heterogeneous Au on MoS2 nanosheets for SERS detection of breast cancer-derived miR-210-3p and miR-9-3p'

These datasets contain the raw data for the Raman spectra of the 2D material (MoS2), the Raman of the nanocomposite (MoS2@Au), Raman spectra of the Cy3 and Cy5.5 controls, Raman of the nanocomposite (MoS2@Au) functionalized with synthetic and cellular derived miRNA hybrids, the XPS data of the MoS2 and nanocomposite (MoS2@Au), UV-Vis, and the PCR Ct values used to evaluate the expression of the target miRNAs (miR-9-3p and miR-210-3p). The files are available as .xslx files with all the spectra representative to the specific figure.
