We performed RNA-seq analysis using differnt prostate cancer cell lines (PC3 and LNCaP) after 3-bromopyruvic acid treatment. We reported that 3-bromopyruvic acid regulatescell cycle-associated genes in PC3 cells. 3-bromopyruvic acid induces apoptosis and suppresses cell cycle progration, cell migration and invasion in PC3 cells. Overall design: Examination of mRNA profile of differnt prostate cancer cell lines (PC3 and LNCaP) under 3-bromopyruvic acid treatment.
