Dataset of Modulation Rate and Extinction Ratio for EML Modules. This dataset primarily investigates the large-signal modulation characteristics of EML modules. A test system for measuring the modulation rate and extinction ratio of EML modules is constructed using a bit error rate tester and an oscilloscope. The EML laser is packaged into an EML optical transmitter module, then the transmitted eye diagram of the module at room temperature is measured, and its modulation rate and extinction ratio are acquired through reading. The total data size is 478 KB.
