资源简介:
Our research project, "Comparative Microbial Functional Analysis in Conservation and Conventional Agricultural Soil," aimed to unravel the intricate relationship between soil microbiomes and agricultural practices. Focusing on both conservation and conventional agricultural soil environments, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the functional roles played by microbial communities in nutrient cycling and soil health. Through cutting-edge genomic techniques, we deciphered the distinct functional potentials of soil microbes (Bacteria and Archaea) in these contrasting environments. By understanding the impact of different farming practices on soil microbial functionality, our findings contributed to the development of sustainable agricultural strategies, promoting soil health and long-term ecological conservation.
