资源简介:
This dataset contains comprehensive supplementary data files supporting a climate niche space analysis of Arctic plant species. The data encompasses the complete analytical workflow from initial data wrangling through final post-analysis outputs, providing full transparency and reproducibility for the research.
Dataset Contents:
The dataset is organized into six main file groups representing sequential analytical steps:
File S1 (Data Wrangling): Processed datasets from three major sources: Arctic Plant Inventory List (Daniëls et al., 2013), Arctic Alien Plant List (Wasowicz et al., 2020), and Global Naturalized Alien Flora (Van Kleunen et al., 2019)File S2 (Standardization): Taxonomically standardized species names using World Flora Online (WFO) and Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) databasesFile S3 (Combining & Filtering): Filtered and combined species lists with GBIF usage keys for occurrence data downloadFile S4 (Climate Handling): Correlation matrices for bioclimatic variables in Arctic regionsFile S5 (Climate Niche Analysis): Hypervolume-based climate niche space analysis results including overlap statistics and niche metricsFile S6 (Post-Analysis): Final analytical outputs including potential area of occupancy, probability densities, taxonomic composition, and connection analysesFile Formats: All data files are provided in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding and BOM headers for maximum compatibility.
Documentation: Complete documentation is provided in the accompanying File Supplementary Material document, including detailed file descriptions, column definitions, and cross-referenced terminology tables.
Taxonomic Coverage: Arctic vascular plants including angiosperms, gymnosperms, and pteridophytes
Geographic Coverage: Circumpolar Arctic Vegetation Map (CAVM; Walker et al., 2003) defined the delimitation of the terrestrial Arctic in this study and was based on the Pan-Arctic flora.
Temporal Coverage: Contemporary species distributions and climate data
Usage: These files support reproducible research in Arctic biogeography, climate change impacts on plant distributions, and species niche modeling. All processing steps are documented to enable replication and extension of the analyses.
