Trichodesmium thiebautii H9-4 isolate:H9-4 Genome sequencing and assembly. Trichodesmium thiebautii H9-4 isolate:H9-4

These data are a collection of contigs assembled with Newbler from a 454 sequencing run on an enriched culture of the marine cyanobacterium Trichodesmium thiebautii H9-4. We also sequenced another isolate Trichodesmium erythraeum 2175 (biosample:SAMN03421191) simultaneously. Both were sequenced to the same depth ~11X coverage but only half of the predicted H9-4 genome could be assembled while the full 2175 genome could be almost completed. We are submitting what we have of H9-4 with no annotations.
