IRED

IRED results. For each combination of phenotype, mapping and gene set, we provide the gene-set analysis results for each iteration of IRED (SUB1, SUB2, ..., SUBX - where the integer represents the iteration). We provide the order of gene removal, which is directly related to the iteration (that is, iteration SUB1 means removal of the first gene in the list, SUB2 means removal of the first two genes, and so forth).
