This anndata file contains various dynamic indicators—including potential, divergence, curl, and others on manifold—calculated by ddHodge. The read count matrices for the mouse embryogenesis scRNA-seq data (VASA-seq; Salmén et al., 2022) were obtained from GEO (accession: GSE176588). The raw sequence data for the regenerating muscle tissue scRNA-seq (De Micheli et al., 2020) were obtained from NCBI (accession: SRP241205). RNA velocity was computed using scVelo (version 0.3.2). The code to reproduce our results is available at our GitHub repository: https://github.com/kazumits/ddHodge_figures.
