This Project aims to determinate the microbial diversity of an eutrophic lagoon in Valladolid (Spain) through 4 amplicons libraries (16S for bacteria and archaea, 18S for eukaryote, and ITS for fungi).

This Project aims to determinate the microbial diversity of an eutrophic lagoon in Valladolid (Spain) through 4 amplicons libraries (16S for bacteria and archaea, 18S for eukaryote, and ITS for fungi). For that, samples were collected in three points of the lagoon during the study: W1, collected at the surface water, W2, refers to a sample collected in an average depth of about 75 cm and S reefers to the sample obtained from the sediment bottom of the lagoon. Afterwards, all samples were pooled and then sequenced.
