This is one of the test datasets used in the Resmico paper. We downloaded the paired-end reads of the Critical Assessment of Metagenome Interpretation (CAMI) human Skin assembly challenges and assembled the reads via metaSPAdes and MEGAHI. For the labels, we identified true misassemblies via MetaQUAST based on the reference genomes.
