The dataset is a supplemental material for the paper: Dataset of Quiet Space Weather Periods for Ionospheric Studies The dataset spans the period from 2000 to 2023 and consists of 2 .csv files. Each .csv file contains the list of dates and times (with 1-hour resolution) when the conditions can be considered as space weather quiet. For the identification of quiet space weather periods, two approaches were employed: thresholds approach deviation approach The thresholds approach is based on the specification of limit values for each selected space weather parameter. For the SD of each parameter, we set a quantity equal to the median value of calculated SDs over the whole dataset (years 2000 - 2023). It means that only time periods when the SD of each parameter is below this quantity are considered as quiet conditions. In addition, we were even more strict, and we considered only continuous periods when quiet conditions lasted for at least 48 hours. More details can be found directly in the paper.
