Effect of TPTN on gene expression in doxorubicin-induced dilated cardiomyopathy

To investigate the intrinsic mechanism of TPTN in treating DOX-induced dilated cardiomyopathy, we established DOX-induced dilated cardiomyopathy model mice and TPTN treated mice, using healthy mice as the normal control. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis of the RNA-seq data obtained from the heart tissues of these three groups of mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data in normal group, DOX model group and TPTN treated group.
