Nrf2 plays a critical role in lung cancer. We investigated the gene expression profile in Nrf2 wildtype and knockout tumors. Nrf2 wildtype and knockout mice were injected with 2 or 4 doses of vinyl carbamate (16 mg/kg). Lung tumors were then dissected and pooled from each group to isolate total RNA. RNAseq was then performed to analyze the differential expression profiles between groups. mRNA profiles of two Nrf2 wild type (WT) and two knockout (KO) mice were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina 2000.
