Lijiaxia Reservoir is a large Class I reservoir on the main stream of the upper Yellow River, located in eastern Qinghai Province, at the border between Jianzha County and Hualong Hui Autonomous County, downstream of Longyangxia Reservoir and Laxiwa Reservoir, and upstream of Liujiaxia Reservoir. Its geographic coordinates range from 36°06′33″N to 36°10′47″N and 101°40′51″E to 101°48′49″E. Construction of the reservoir began in April 1988 and was completed in December 2001, and the reservoir runs east-west. The Lijiaxia Reservoir dataset was developed based on Google Earth remote sensing satellite imagery data from the two years around 2015, with reference to relevant maps. During this period, 14 islands were exposed in the reservoir, with a water surface area of 29.60 km². The dam is located at 36°07′06″N, 101°48′28″E. The dataset is stored in .kmz and .shp formats, consisting of 22 files with a total size of 4.75 MB (compressed into 2 files with a size of 1.60 MB).
