Chromatin accessibility maps of human primary pancreatic cell types

To obtain comprehensive maps of human pancreatic chromatin states, we performed genome-wide open chromatin and histone modification assays from primary human pancreatic cells. Overall design: For this study, we purified primary human pancreatic cells from several donors and analyzed the chromatin landscape using ATAC-Seq and ChIP-Seq assays.
