Effects of yeast cell wall supplementation on productive and reproductive performance, egg quality, immune response, gut health and microbiota in aged layer breeders

The present study hypothesized that the dietary supplementation of YCW could enhance the laying performance, egg quality, reproductive performance, and immune response of aged-layer breeders by improving the intestinal microbial community composition. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of YCW supplementation on egg quality, reproductive performance, immune parameters, and intestinal microbial community in aged-layer breeders. This study will provides a meaningful information regarding the effectiveness of YCW in aged-layer breeders and will open a new window for the use of YCW in the poultry industry.
