HER2 co-amplification events: 14 regions with 931 genes are significantly co-amplified with HER2 in TCGA and Metabric combined cohorts (Fisherâ s exact FDR p value <0.05). Percentage of amplification in the HER2A vs. non-HER2A tumors, Fisherâ s exact FDR p value, and gene annotation are shown.
