Development Target Areas

This map is designed for use by City Staff or Developers to identify if developments will qualify for any geographically targeted incentive programs with the City of Dallas. The map includes the following layers: Reinvestment Strategy Areas MVA for Incentive Zoning Neighborhood Empowerment Zones Tax Increment Financing Districts Designated Opportunity Zones This map is intended to be published and shared as a Story Map which includes text descriptions of the layers and programs.
