Microbial binning of Almeida et al dataset using VAMB - Abundance Matrix

Abundance matrix of all clusters with at least one near complete genome (NC) from Almeida et al benchmark dataset that was binned using VAMB.
Abundance of each cluster was determined from jgi_summarize_bam_contig_depths based on the alignments. The weighted average was determined for each bin in a cluster weighting the read abundance with contig lengths. Hereafter, the abundance of the clusters was determined as the sum of each bin in the particular cluster.
