The dataset comprises two complementary sources of data:Quantitative Data (Online Survey)Basis: standardized online questionnaire.Included scales:Centrality of Religiosity Scale (Huber & Huber)Fundamentalism Scale (Huber & Huber)Conspiracy Mentality Scale (Imhoff & Bruder)Additionally collected: self-constructed items on biblicism and apocalyptic worldviews.Aim: to capture religious, fundamentalist, and conspiracy-oriented patterns in quantitative comparison.Qualitative Data (Interviews)Scope: 9 transcribed interviews.Guiding question: “What are the five most important political and social developments since 2020?”Follow-up questions: focusing on apocalyptic beliefs, climate change, and gender.Aim: to explore individual interpretive frameworks, worldviews, and the intersections of religious and conspiracy-oriented thinking.Data FormatQuantitative data: anonymized datasets (SPSS-compatible).Qualitative data: complete, pseudonymized interview transcripts (text format).Purpose of UseThe data form the empirical basis of a dissertation on the relationship between Christian faith and conspiracy belief. They enable both statistical analysis of scale values and theory-generating qualitative evaluation.
