TopCoW centerline graph dataset

This is the first publicly available dataset of circle of Willis centerlines. It comprises annotated centerlines and morphological features of the circle of Willis derived from 200 stroke patients, with data acquired via magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and computed tomography angiography (CTA). Developed by the Institute of Computational Life Sciences at the Swiss University of Applied Sciences, this dataset is designed to support further research in multiple domains including hemodynamic modeling, automatic detection of vascular bifurcation points, learning-based skeletonization, and quantitative studies on the anatomical morphology of the circle of Willis.
