Phylogenomic framework of the phylum nematoda

Phylogenetic relationships within the phylum Nematoda remain unresolved, despite numerous morphology-based and molecular analyses. We performed phylogenomic analyses using 286 published and 19 new transcriptomes of the representatives of Trichinellida, Spirurina, Rhabditina and Tylenchina individually and of a broad sampling of most major lineages of the phylum Nematoda.
