资源简介:
Previous studies have demonstrated the apple flower microbiome was consisted dominated by bacteria in the families Pseudomonadaceae and Enterobacteriaceae. The invading pathogen Erwinia amylovora was able to perturb the microbiome structure. However, the microbiome showed a capacity to control E. amylovora caused fire blight disease. This study investigates the interactions between the pathogen E. amylovora and the predominant mebers of the apple flower microbiome sprayed in a probiotic inoculation . The goal is to elucidate the microbiome biocontrol interactions.
