资源简介:
Plant viruses alter the physiological states of host plants, and the physiological states affect the behaviour of virus vectors. Most reports show that plant viruses facilitate vector behaviour and virus transmission. In a natural environment, however, plants-viruses-aphids coexist without severe damage and low infection rates. Although many transcriptome analyses have been carried out on annual plants in agricultural or experimental environments, there is no data on perennial plans in a natural environment. We revealed the number of aphids was reduced in turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) infected Arabidopsis halleri (A. halleri). Therefore, it is essential to reveal the molecular mechanisms of this tripartite interactions. To identify the molecular mechanisms of this phenomenon, we conducted comparative transcriptome analyses of A. halleri grown in a natural environment between four combinations of presence/absence of TuMV and aphid.
