Illuminating the active virosphere with BONCAT and single virus genomic technologies, Mediterranean Sea samples

Raw reads (forward and reverse) from sorted and MDA-amplified samples from Mediterranean Sea are supplied here. The sample labels refer to the type of sample (cellular or viral) and all of them belongs to the BONCAT active fraction. Samples that had a click reaction (BONCAT reaction) of 30 minutes or 6 hours are described. In addition, code indicates whether it came from the Mediterranean Sea (MS).
