Mus musculus isolate:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells Genome sequencing and assembly

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells BMSCs were isolated from the tibiae of 2 week old C57BL6 mice and expanded to P3. Four BMSC samples were incubated with 200 micromolar hydrogen peroxide for 4 hours to induce senescence, while another four BMSC samples were incubated with vehicle for 4 hours. Following incubation, the cells were cultured in complete medium for 36 hours before undergoing high throughput sequencing.
