Enhancer RNA transcription defines novel CSF1 enhancer in triple-negative breast cancer

We report the results of employing CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) to epigenetically perturb the CSF1 transcription start site or novel CSF1 enhancer, followed by high-throughput RNA-sequencing to identify downstream gene expression changes in human triple negative breast cancer cells. Overall design: Study of genome-wide gene expression changes in response to epigenetic perturbation of the CSF1 enhancer or CSF1 transcription start site in triple-negative breast cancer.
