Hyperthermia therapy (HT) is an effective treatment for tumor control, which can enhance anti-tumor immune response. The purpose of this study was to explore the changes in cellular gene expression after hyperthermia treatment (HT). Human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line HONE1 cells were treated at 43 celsius(HT) or 37 celsius (Con) for 90 min,Total RNA samples were prepared from the cells and quality of the RNA was analyzed.
