Please download the zip file Unzip it on your computer The zip contains two main folders: demo and plot_figures Scripts in the demo folder demonstrate the manuscript's key algorithms, iEEG_scalp_maps.m and noninvasive_ROI_decomp.m Scripts in the plot_figures folder reproduce the manuscript's figure panels Generated figures are saved in subfolders for your review Requirements: MATLAB R2021a or later, Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, Signal Processing Toolbox Third-party scripts for topographic illustrations are included in the required_dependencies subfolder and are added to the MATLAB path automatically at runtime.
