Detection of genomic rearrangements in DNA from mutant yeast strains

Identifying structural variations in genomes is useful not only to the study of genomic diseases, but also of DNA repair, recombination, and replication. We therefore developed an approach to detect DNA rearrangements with high sensitivity and base-pair resolution, in order to determine patterns of genomic instability in yeast mutant strains.
