Mona Vale Road (Main Road 162) : proposed upgrading between Addison Road and Ingleside Road, Ingleside : review of environmental factors

The Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been prepared to assess the potential impacts of the proposed upgrading of Mona Vale Road between Addison Road and Ingleside Road, Ingleside, Sydney, NSW. It presents details of the Proposal, assesses the existing natural and social environments, describes the potential impacts on the environment, and presents safeguards to minimise and/or remove these identified impacts. The REF includes a consideration of Clause 82 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation, 1994.
