3)匹配度计算:基于多个特征的加权和,得出整体匹配度,权重分配:
1技能专长匹配(40%):根据职位描述中要求的技能专长与简历中提及的技能专长进行匹配,技能越重要,权重越高。
2项目经验匹配(40%):评估求职者的工作经历、所在行业与职位描述是否相符,相符程度越高,权重越大。
3教育程度匹配(10%):考虑求职者的教育程度是否与职位要求相匹配,对于某些职位,教育程度可能具有较高的权重。
4其他因素(10%):如自我介绍、我的证书、工作性质等,也可能根据职位需求被赋予一定的权重。
Through natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms, this system automatically analyzes information such as keywords, skills, and work experience in job applicants' resumes, matches them with job requirements, quickly screens out eligible candidates, reduces the preliminary screening workload and time of HR, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of recruitment.
Information Collection: Historical recruitment data is collected from the website's database, including job title, industry, job type, employment nature, salary and benefits, work location, and job description; information extracted from applicants' resumes includes the resume owner's full name, resume status, job intention, work experience, educational background, project experience, and other relevant details.
Text Matching Algorithm: Compare the keywords in the resume with those in the job description to calculate the text similarity between the two, where a higher similarity indicates a higher matching degree.
3) Matching Degree Calculation: The overall matching degree is derived from the weighted sum of multiple features, with the following weight allocation:
1. Skill Specialization Matching (40%): Match the skill specialization required in the job description with that listed in the resume. The weight of a skill is positively correlated with its importance to the target position.
2. Project Experience Matching (40%): Evaluate the consistency between the applicant's project experience, work experience and related industry and the job description; a higher degree of consistency corresponds to a greater assigned weight.
3. Education Background Matching (10%): Verify whether the applicant's educational background meets the job requirements. For specific positions, educational background may carry a higher weight.
4. Other Factors (10%): Factors such as self-introduction, held certifications, employment nature, etc., may also be assigned corresponding weights based on specific job requirements.
