Analysis of Microbial Composition in Different Dry Skin Areas of Beijing Women

As the first defense line between humans and the environment, the skin barrier's integrity and function are closely linked to the microbial community on its surface. Many factors affect the composition in skin microorganisms, and the difference of skin areas is the most significant. The microbial composition of oily, wet, and the dry areas was obviously different. Whether the microbial composition of the back of the hand and the calf, which belong to the same dry areas, is consistent and whether the changes in the dry population need to be further discussed.
