Outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection in cancer versus non-cancer-patients: A population-based study in northeastern Italy

Study population: all the residents in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia Regions (north-eastern Italy) who were consecutively tested for SARSCoV-2 infection between February 22nd and July 31st, 2020.Study variables: · demographics (age, sex) · comorbidities · history of malignant disease (prevalent diagnosis of malignant cancer, cancer site, interval between diagnosis of cancer and testing for SARS-CoV-2 infection) · clinical outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection (admission to hospital; admission to Intensive Care Unit; death)<br>
