The collection of @People's Daily Weibo posts from 01/20 to 09/08 in 2020

This dataset was created for the paper \"Mainstream Media and the Justification of the Individual Sacrifice:China’s Use of National War Narrative during COVID-19.\" To explore how Chinese mainstream media shaped a national war narrative regarding to Covid-19 pandemic, this article collected all 13,009 posts published by People's Daily Weibo from 01/20 to 09/08 in 2020, including texts and pictures. These 13,009 posts cover multiple news including Covid-19, international emerging, education, legal issues, and so on.本数据集为论文《主流媒体与个体牺牲的正当性论证：新冠疫情（COVID-19）期间中国对国家战疫叙事的运用》所构建。为探究中国主流媒体如何建构针对新冠疫情的国家战疫叙事，本文收集了2020年1月20日至2020年9月8日期间《人民日报》官方微博发布的全部13009条帖子，涵盖文本与图片两类内容。该批13009条帖子的报道范畴涵盖新冠疫情、国际热点议题、教育、法律议题等多个领域。
