Studies have shown that PHOX2B is the first predisposition gene identified in neuroblastoma.To explore PHOX2B-dependent gene regulation, RNA-seq analysis was performed. Compared with the control group, PHOX2B knockdown SK-N-BE(2) cells showed differently expressed genes. We found that PHOX2B activates the MAPK signaling pathway to promote the occurrence and development of neuroblastoma. Overall design: mRNA profiles of SK-N-BE(2) cells transfected with scramble shRNA (sh-Scb) or sh-PHOX2B were generated by RNA sequencing, in double, using Illumina NovaSeq6000.
