This dataset, named Wind Turbine SCADA Data For Early Fault Detection, contains real-world SCADA data from wind turbines designed for testing and developing anomaly detection algorithms for wind energy systems. It includes 89 years of cumulative operating data across 36 wind turbines in 3 wind farms, with a total of 95 datasets, 44 of which contain labeled anomaly events and 51 represent normal behavior. The dataset has a resolution of 10-minute SCADA data intervals, and each dataset consists of 1 year of training data plus 4-98 days of prediction data. It also features detailed fault information, status-based labels, labeled anomaly events, normal operation datasets, and comprehensive sensor descriptions.
